Roller skating is the ideal activity for the whole family and an excellent way to maintain good health! Did you know that roller skating burns between 330 – 600 calories per hour! It also increases muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance, improves balance and flexibility, and is a fantastic source of aerobic exercise. It’s also a great stress reliever. If you don’t know how to skate, it’s easy to learn and skate lessons are available.

I went for my nephew's birthday and it was a blast. Fun atmosphere with skating and arcade games. They even have walkers to help those who can't skate!
